INFORMATION ON SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

UPDATE: JAN 2021, 2021 - 12:00 AM

Currently there are no more restrictions for shipping to the UK and Ireland!

UPDATE: DEC 23, 2020 - 12:00 AM

According to unanimous media reports, shipping of goods to Great Britain is supposed to be opened up again as of today, but Deutsche Post and DHL have still not given the go-ahead for the delivery of parcels to Great Britain. But even if this approval is given soon, it can be assumed that there will be a huge backlog of parcels. The upcoming Brexit will additionally cause very long processing times at customs. We have therefore decided not to send parcels to the UK until January 2021 in order to avoid getting caught in the maelstrom of chaos. The whole situation with Corona and Brexit is completely beyond our control. We hope for your understanding and wish you a happy holiday for the time being. Stay healthy!

CLOSED BORDERS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM ALSO FOR FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION!
Due to the reported mutation of the coronavirus, various European governments have restricted connections with the United Kingdom as of December 20 or 21, 2020. Among others, the French government has closed the Eurotunnel for travel and freight traffic for at least 48 hours. The same applies to the ferry ports. Our transport routes to Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are also affected by this transportation breakdown.

For this reason we are currently unable to ship any parcel to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Isle of Man!

BREXIT SURCHARGE!
DHL is also unfortunately charging a Brexit fee for shipments to the UK until further notice. We hope that this surcharge is only a temporary measure until there are final agreements and guidelines for the transport of goods between the EU and the UK.

As soon as the situation changes we will inform you on this page.
Thank you for your understanding and stay healthy!
